Once again as the Club and our Centre work hard on environmental sustainability we will not be providing paperwork at the AGM. Copies of the Agenda, accounts and minutes from the previous AGM will be emailed to all Centre Members registered as Midland Centre Members with Caravan and Motorhome club. You can download these to a phone or tablet to access during the meeting or print your own copies.
If you do not have access to this technology, then please contact the Secretary at least one week before the meeting and we will have a hard copy ready for you at meeting sign in. If you need any help or advice on downloading to your own device, then please let one of the committee know and we will do all we can to help.
